At Synergy our aim is to provide you with the opportunity to express and explore your problems and difficulties within a supportive, safe and confidential environment.



psychotherapy south west london #02We work with individuals and couples, often on an open-ended basis, or for a contracted time period, in a way that is mutually agreed. We aim to provide the framework that will give individuals and/or couples the tools and ability to move forward and enhance their lives.

We are mainly Integrative Counselling Psychologists and Hypnotherapists. We use a combination of Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioural therapies during our work, with interests in Anxiety and Addictions with a particular interest in Hypnobirthing, which enables us to employ our experience to good effect. We work with groups or with individuals.
